CEBR and BioCat, as part of the BioCT project, are very pleased to present the workshop ‘Mobility and brain drain’, taking place on March 11th in Barcelona.

This workshop has the mission to create a foundation and targets for the creation, retention and attraction of skilled scientists, science managers and business managers and create tools for a Joint Action Plan to be implemented across all Europe’s regions. The work from this workshop will underpin work throughout 2010 to deliver proven services for Europe and contributions will be collected from all regions in Europe plus from work in the CEBR ‘Talent management’ Special Interest Group.

This workshop is open and free of charge to all, although priority will be given to CEBR members.

All delegates are expected to play an active role in the planning of a mobility and talent management within the BioCT project.
