ADEuropa, an entity integrated in the Regional Development Agency of Castile&León, is a public non profit Foundation, directly dependent of the Regional Government. ADEuropa`s primary focus is R&D, innovation and international cooperation. Promote and foster the active participation of public&private agents in the European Porgrammes (FP7, CIP), specially those related to Biotech. Actually running the EU-project BEFORE (www.before-project.org), in which Biotechnology is a key sector.
Following the orientation of the regional strategy, ADEuropa Foundation, has two main objectives:
* To promote and foster the participation of public and private agents of the Region in R&D and Innovation programmes and initiatives, especially at the international and European level (Framework Programs, CIP, etc.)
* To promote the cooperation between enterprises and agents of the region and international and national public and private organizations, oriented mainly to value added projects in strategic areas, specifically those related with R&D and Innovation.
