10.00 – 13.00: Getting Results Internationally
This practical interactive workshop is designed to help you create value for your organization by increasing the effectiveness of your global projects. Learn key tactics to ensure deadline commitment from your partners while reducing costly misunderstandings. Move your projects forward by understanding how to “read” the verbal and non-verbal signals your partners are sending you, and to realize your own better. Create global communication strategies to get the results you need to achieve project success. At the end of this workshop you will have the tools to understand the mindsets and priorities of your international partners better, ideally resulting in projects and meetings that are value-creating, on-time and in budget.
