Virtual partnering programme 2012
The ABCEurope project is very pleased to launch its series
of online partnering meetings that harness actors from 11
clusters partnered across Europe. This is a significant achievement, with large scale cluster
cooperation as a business development tool in Europe and has the potential to
network biotechnology SMEs with valuable new business and research partners.
Cambridge, London, Medicon Valley, Munich, Barcelona,
Israel, Turin, Milan, Heidelberg, Alsace BioValley, Debrecen and Stockholm are all
working together to bring SMEs from their clusters together online for
partnering meetings dedicated to Oncology, and other key topics in life
sciences.
Live partnering programmes
The second virtual partnering meeting is dedicated to Shared Facilities on March 22-23 2012, with specialist facilities from clusters across Europe. This partnering meeting will enable specialist imaging facilities to find partners for their own work, as well as for external users to find the right resource and skills to support their own work.
The third partnering meeting is dedicated to technologies and products on April 19-20, with companies involved in all aspects of CNS.
Closed programmes
The first online partnering meeting was dedicated to Oncology on February 13-14 2012, with companies participating from all clusters taking part. Over 60 meetings were scheduled with the 30 profiled oncology companies.
