Shared Facilities

Shared Facilities is the group that addresses the need in Europe to maximise access to, and use of, specialist facilities.  The group was established following the launch of the the BioCT and ABCEurope projects, which have the common goal of defining and launching a platform through which biotechnology SMEs can gain access to facilities across Europe.

This has multiple benefits:

  • SMEs gain access to facilities and expertise that was previously unavailable
  • Research facilities gain new routes of generating revenue
  • European plans in a coordinated fashion in the development of new facilities

The group has brought together projects from across Europe with a shared facilities goal and meets twice a year to plan and develop a European platform.

All minutes and resources (slides, publications) associated with the Shared Facilities SIG are available to Members in the CEBR DropBox online.  You must be a CEBR Full or Associate to access the CEBR Drop Box and if you have not yet registered for this, please contact info@cebr.net for your invitation.
